| L’univers creatiu de Frascesca Llopis es va desenvolupar des de principis dels anys 80 a través de diferents tècniques i formats, des de la pintura i el disseny fins a la instal·lació, la fotografia i el videoart. Nascuda a Barcelona on viu. Es va matricular a l’Escola Eina per estudiar pintura i poètica de l’espai. 1981: 1a residència d’artista i Palatz Culturi a Varsòvia on el previsible cop d’estat transforma el seu món pictòric. Aquest va ser el punt d’inflexió on el “viatge” es va convertir en un element central del seu procés artístic. 1988: residència a l’Académia di Roma i l’Écolle des Beaux Arts de Nimes. Arnau Puig defineix la seva pintura com a “constructivisme semantitzat”1989: 6.8.89 TIANANMENT va ser la primera intervenció a l’espai públic de l’Hospitalet de Barcelona, on va cavar una rasa com a homenatge als estudiants xinesos, amb la col·laboració de l’artista sonora Barbara Held. 1999: MAL.LALTES D’AMOR a Lübeck (Alemanya) 2002: 2 HABITACIONS AMB VISTES, un retrat social de Barcelona. 2004: ETC, una reflexió sobre l’absència de dones artistes en la història de l’art. 2015: Biennal NOSEDEN, Japó , , amb la videoinstal·lació MEMÒRIA PER UN ICEBERG com a arqueòloga del futur i la instal·lació LLIBRE DE LLÀGRIMES (llibre de llàgrimes).2016: SakaiArtePorto, Japó, performance TRACTION ACTION .
